Susan Storb of Sprogels Run Properties LLC and Tompkins Insurance Agencies, Inc. have executed a long-term lease for the property at 258 E. High Street in Pottstown. Plans call for substantial renovations to the building and establishment of a Tompkins Insurance Pottstown office. Spring occupancy is anticipated.

Tompkins, VIST Bank, also owned by Tompkins Financial Corp., currently has 20 offices throughout Southeastern PA and is seeking PA Banking approvals to open a full-service office on site co-branded with Tompkins Insurance.
