Deadline for applications is Monday, February 17 at 4 PM.

The minimum purchase price was set at $35,000 – All bids must meet or exceed that offer.

The mission of the Pottstown Land Bank is to deter blight and to return vacant and underutilized property to productive use through a unified, predictable, and transparent process, thereby revitalizing neighborhoods, creating opportunities for economic development, and strengthening the Borough of Pottstown’s tax base. Due to Pennsylvania’s Land Bank Law, Pottstown’s Land Bank is able to have priority bid for properties at Judicial Sales.
