Win and Sutida Somboonsong, owners of Win Signature Restaurants, manage four restaurants on the Main Line.
They saw the value of branching outside of their territory and expanding their restaurant line to downtown Pottstown, where they realized the positive change that has taken place. They transformed the former bank space located at 152 East High Street into The Blue Elephant. The Somboonsongs enhanced the existing architecture and beauty of the space, incorporating unique decorations, including an elegant marble fountain. The Asian Fusion cuisine adds an exciting twist to Pottstown’s current dining scene.
