Pottstown Area Industrial Development (PAID), Inc. has released its 2020 Annual Report, which primarily focuses on the resilience of the Pottstown business community during the COVID-19 pandemic and the innovative future of Pottstown.
As the COVID-19 pandemic devastated small businesses across the country, the Pottstown business community showed true resilience and grit. The Annual Report highlights how businesses quickly adapted their models so they could continue to operate amidst shutdowns, and tells the story of the generosity and community-oriented spirit of the business community when they jumped into action to support members of the Pottstown community who were facing hardships as a result of the pandemic.
The report also features a timeline of the past 10 years in Pottstown, highlighting major projects and advancements in the Borough and milestones for PAID. New Pottstown businesses are featured, as well as several large redevelopment projects that received funding in 2020.
